We are the Concept, Usability & Design circle at Mercedes-Benz.io, a subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz. We create the future digital identity of Mercedes-Benz and support the Communications circle for the development of the Corporate Identity.
Our circle creates excellent, innovative and user centered designs for our products and digital services.
In this role you will
conduct user research, review user feedback, and iterate on your work to improve the product
develop information architectures and define interaction processes for new and existing features (big and small)
design beautiful and polished user interfaces and experiences and evangelise exceptional design across the company
develop a wide range of visual deliverables including success metrics, user personas, user flows, prototypes, and high fidelity mock-ups
work closely with developers and product managers to bring your ideas to life
You possess the following skills
a deep understanding of mobile design and the nuances of designing for multiple platforms and devices
sufficient knowledge in design theory : typography, colours, grids, etc.
a detail and quality oriented mind
great communication skills to be able to articulate your design decisions to the entire team and our partners
you also have experience in defining design process for the team
you are open to receive and able to give constructive feedback
