We are looking for a Junior Customer Insights Analyst for our Customer Communications Team in Lisbon. If you are fluent in English, passionate about data and and understand Voice of the Customer then we look forward to your application.

Maintain, create and update reports and dashboards and metrics on a weekly basis
Contribute to preparation of monthly and quarterly business reviews Work with departmental leads on business-critical project requests
Carry out qualitative and quantitative customer and market research projects using surveys, customer feedback, and publicly available data Work with the Customer Insights Team to depict trends in customer base and consumer population Choose File Analyze customer segments for patterns and trends No file selected Acquire, clean, and prepare customer data from primary or secondary sources and 50% project-
based work / 50% monthly reporting. Bachelor’s degree (Social sciences, psychology, demography, with quantitative emphases preferred 1 -
2 years (academic or professional) experience in research methodology / design, data analysis and / or survey writing

Able to use Excel, spreadsheets, SPSS, or Stat Must be critical thinker (i.e. provide context for and able to explain contradicting quantitative findings) Able to connect patterns in data to real-
world outcomes and customer behaviour Familiarity with statistical principles and best practices : regression, cross-tabulation, significance testing, and / or means-
comparison test You are highly organized, with a great attention to detail Positive go-getter attitude and continuous improvement mindset You are a team player and have good communication skills You are fluent in English.
Database experience (i.e. publicly available national databases including but not limited to : US Census Prior professional experience with market research, consulting, or customer research.
