Your Main Activities Are
Develop online (BNP Paribas Portugal’s website) comprehensive and compelling content for :
press (e.g. news releases, talking points, Q&A), and supervising relevant social media tracking, clipping and measurement
recruitment purposes, ensuring that the right corporate story, voice and messaging is applied
Suggest content, develop and monitor BNP Paribas’ presence in the social media sphere
Actively raise awareness and develop BNP Paribas’ brand and reputation whilst protecting it, through effective communications to key external audiences : media, clients, prospects, partners and applicants
Plan content development, layout and production for internal communication tools (Intranet, newsletter, mass mailing etc.)
Support the organisation of a large scope of internal events, serving both teambuilding and business purposes
Being the SPOC for relevant internal departments, with very specific communications needs, and managing content, calendar and specific needs in order to comply with the broader communications Plan
Managing expenses and updating invoice control document
Manage the internal Community Manager’s Communities, i.e. setting common goals, sharing best practices, organising events, among others
Profile and Skills to Success
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication, Business, Banking & Finance or Economics
At least one year of relevant marketing experience
Fluency in English is mandatory
Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills
Ability to lay various content (email, newsletter, brochures, press releases) to successfully convey marketing messages
Good knowledge of Marketing analytics to be able monitor campaigns efficiency, contribute to data analysis, and produce support presentations
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software programs applicable to position and achievement of goals
Motivation to work on an international environment
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Team player who collaborates with ease and creative energy, self-motivated, curious
