Job Overview and Responsibilities
Within the Procurement Service Line in Solvay Business Services and in particular within the IS & Design Provisioning team, your main responsibilities will include the design, implementation, deployment and enhancement of SAP solutions in the provisioning domain to achieve defined business goals.
Some key responsibilities will be :
Drive business requirements gathering and gap analysis via conducting workshops, assessment of operational processes and analyzing how these can be implemented within SAP.
Configuration of SAP provisioning module (MM) or SRM7, deliver functional design documentation, test plan, training material preparation and training the Key users / End users, coordinate UAT (validation tests)
Work with SAP developers implementing custom code solutions when necessary
Participate in the actions of standardization, optimization, automatization of the processes
Market watch and benchmark our process / solutions
Interest in the WEB technologies, keep up to date with advances in computer technology and how this affects the business environment
Lead projects when the scope is limited to Provisioning. Become involved in various sized IS projects for business process improvement, new legal requirements, and Digital IT enablement initiatives.
Education and Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in SAP purchasing MM & SRM7 as SAP IS expert
Must have at least one full lifecycle SAP R / 3 implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live)
Experience of working in an international and multicultural environment
Hands-on configuration experience in MM SAP module
Experience with SAP SRM7, SAP query & Interfaces
Knowledge of interfaces between MM and other SAP modules
Record of driving process simplification / automation
Ability to influence the organisation to change how it works and to demonstrate change agent behaviours
Some experience in the program reading
Experience with SAP Ariba and / or Salesforce would be an advantage
Good functional knowledge in procurement / purchasing
