Your New Role
AsSeniorFinanceManager,you areexpectedtoleadand developa team,engaging them behindtheFinanceVision, Mission and Commitmentand ensuring delivery and working closelywith Business Process Outsourcers.
The role managestheend toendprocesses, internal controlsand ensuresproper and effectiveadministrative, financial, tax and asset management, in compliance with existing fiscal and civil regulations,in alignment with the grouppolicies andfinancialobjectives.
You will beworking withdedicated Finance teamsand relevant stakeholders. Inaddition,you willgetinvolvedand take ownership inimportant andimpactfulprojects.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, develop and motivate a small teamofprofessionals and build their capabilities. Assess and manage performance and ensure that the team is appropriately staffedwith the right capabilitiesto deliverrequirements.
Responsible for strict implementation and adherence to internal guidelines, instructions,processesand systems, local as well asglobal procedures and policies.
Whatyou'llneed to succeed-Education / Qualifications / Skills :
Bachelor's or master's degree inBusinessAdministration, Corporate Finance,Accountingor related field.
5 to 7yearsworkexperienceas Finance Manageror other relevant roles within Finance.
Teamleadershipexperiencewith ability tobuildand motivateeffective teams
Demonstratedsolid analyticalcapacityandunderstanding of financial and accounting principles and processes.
Experienceworking withPower BI,Data cubesand familiar with SAP and / or Navision
Ability to work ina matrix organization,demonstratingexcellentcommunication andstakeholdermanagement skills.
Business acumen, problem-solving, customer focusand collaboration skillsareessential.
Proficient level of English(spoken and written)
