ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Securitised ProductsGroup (SPG) includes Asset Backed Securities (ABS), Collateralized LoanObligation (CLO) / Portfolio Financing, Corporate Receivables and Real Estateand NPLs.

Portfolio Management Solutions (PMS)will focus primarily on developing and intensifying our capital and riskmanagement advisory and execution role to CIB and the rest of the Group.

PMSwill identify and help define our internal clients’ needs, working in closecollaboration with stakeholders to leverage our best-in-class structuring anddistribution capabilities and deliver optimal solutions and execution.

On the PMS savingsactivities :

  • Participate to the implementation of new securitizationoperations
  • Support PMS teams in order to :
  • Monitorand reload the existing securitization operations,
  • Insurethe integration of all the savings of PM operations during the capital run of theactivities
  • Workclosely with SPG - Origination and Structuring to have a deep knowledge oftransactions and to be able to understand and assure of the results and figuresof each process.
  • On the PMS Insuranceactivities :

  • Support PMS team on the booking of insurance policies
  • Follow the operational set-up of the policies (Invoicesand follow-up of payments by the Metier, Insurers and brokers reporting,) incoordination with Greenstars teams.
  • PROFILE

  • Graduate(Engineering School with specialisation in Finance or Business School)
  • Fluentin English; Italian or German is a plus for EMEA role
  • Excel / Access,VBA, database skills
  • Audit / Accountingknowledge is a plus
  • Understandingand analysing complex / structured products, related risks, and underlying legaldocumentation
  • Knowledgeof internal credit and rating methodologies and policies
  • Knowledgeof capital, liquidity, and accounting rules regardingsecuritization
  • Abilityto communicate and develop good working relationships with differentdepartments (SPG Structuring and Origination, Middle Office, Finance, Risk,Legal, IT, etc.)
  • Excellentwritten and oral communication skills
  • Strongavailability, tenacity, initiative, commitment and curiosity
  • Abilityto analyse and synthesise complex information, including legal documentationand large datasets
  • Flexible,good team player
  • Abilityto work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines while maintaininghigh standards
