Responsibilities :
Provide support to the customersassigned to this project
Being a part of a specialized teamin customer’s requests through written and phone communication
Offering solutions to customersand helping in setting up service repair for their appliances, checkavailability of technicians and make appointments for service calls
Troubleshoot the care and use ofappliances using operation manuals, product specification sheets, andassorted tools over the phone
Requirements :
Remote work requires a high-speedInternet Service with a basic landline telephone service
High customer and serviceorientation.
Rational and analytical thinking.
Native level or Proficient level ofspoken + written Czech.
