The Indie Campers Revenue team works across the user lifecycle to develop a compelling global marketplace and community around road trips.
We employ data and insights to help us best acquire, engage, serve, monetise and retain travellers and hosts across all of our territories to ensure that our customers are able to go on amazing road trips around the world.
The Revenue team consists of our Customer Excellence, Marketing, Supply, Revenue Management and Data teams, so the work you do will depend on your particular blend of skills but will always be customer-centric, data-driven and collaborative as we work on increasing customer choice, value and satisfaction.

As Director of Marketplace - Rental, you will report directly to the CRO and be ultimately responsible for delivering sales (GMV), customer satisfaction and managing efficiency for our third-party supply partners and ultimately the entire rental marketplace in due course.
We expect you to plan and oversee all projects relating to the launch and development of the marketplaces into industry-leading platforms.
You will lead the Marketplace team, being responsible for coordinating all necessary efforts, initiatives and controls across the different teams to ensure delivery quality.
You will be required to lead the pace and manage team motivation and engagement into a result driven mindset. Additionally, we expect you to identify and establish products, procedures and key partnerships with the ultimate goal of maximizing the value proposition.
You will set & execute the go-to-market and launch strategy. Manage target setting, by market, in coordination with other functional teams and own the marketplace P&L.
Manage the strategic growth decisions for the marketplace business and be accountable to deliver on aggressive growth goals.
Build and scale a best-in-class team for business development, operations, sales and client experience. Define priorities and goals, and manage performance by setting relevant KPIs.
Identify unexplored opportunities and adapt the business model to local requirements, taking into account local regulatory constraints.
