Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.

The Challenge We are looking for a person who will support Workplace Experience (WX) strategies by proactively implementing its principles of creating a human-centered environment.
This person will fulfill the internal customers experience in the area of responsibility, while acting in accordance to PMI principles and practices.
Support contract negotiation and management under WX responsibility. He / she will also investigate ways to reduce costs, while maintaining the customer experience and support special projects and social events promoting employee s engagement. Your daily tasks
Perform internal surveys, analyze results, and implement action plans.Support wellbeing, sustainability, and other cross programs as well ideas generations to in-crease overall employee’s experience.
Design and monitor the contractual KPIs and SLAs.Support Real estate management according with company guidelines.
Support building occupancy platform management (monitor staff moves / department re-organizations and maximize space utilization).
Support special social events dedicated to promoting employee engagement.
