We’re looking for an astute growth marketer who is energetic, analytical, detailed & passionate about growth implementation to join our Singapore office!
Manage & be operationally responsible for all communications related to promotions from owned-regions.
Contribute to the maintenance of Telecom operator relationships by collaborating with various functions in the business such as sales, procurement, fin-ops.
Strategically pitch for corridor promotions in addition to implementing, reporting on & creating a comprehensive suite of B2B communication strategies that support top-line business objectives, sales targets & drive DT One clients’ transaction growth.
Produce, implement, optimize, manage & automate an always-on digital content delivery system including but not limited to : Zoho CRM, Mailchimp that amplifies B2B marketing best practices, inspires sales engagement & converts customers through the customer lifecycle journey.
Develop a holistic end-to-end operator promotions system that increases accuracy, feedback time.
Collaborate on developing an attribution model & real-time tracking platform to regularly monitor & feedback on performance of promotions, campaigns and transactions.
Briefing in creative, producing copy inline with email marketing, performance marketing, sms marketing, offline marketing best practices suited to target country, customer category and associated receiving corridor within region.
Timeous trafficking of real-time promotions across the region, new product launches & pertinent changes on products.
Report on campaigns based on set objectives.
Conduct Tier 1 (Priority B2B Customers) customer research, proposals, briefs, operational implementation & reporting of campaigns (B2C).
Provide consultative support, thought leadership and advocate growth marketing best practices via internal sales functions & priority accounts customer touchpoints.
Evidence of previous B2B, consulting, platform marketing, product marketing, SaaS services or content marketing experience required.
Operational knowledge & experience in performance marketing (app & web) & digital advertising conversion tactics.
Strong knowledge of performance marketing, marketing attribution methodologies, Facebook Audiences, keyword gap analysis on Google Adwords, landing page optimization required.
Previous experience in the set-up & optimization of automated, drip-mail campaigns and operating various CRM or CDP platforms.
Basic html / email template creation experience. Webhook & martech automation knowledge advantageous.
Excellent communication, prioritization & time management skills.
Curious and has the ability to leverage cultural, macro-economic & geo-political events within the region to identify growth opportunities.
Detailed-orientated, highly analytical personality with demonstrable commercial acumen & data analytics skills.
Proficient in excel & related basic data processing skills.
Excellent command of English written, spoken required. Second language proficiency is preferred.
Thrives in a cross-functional, multi-cultural team, and can operate independently in a global matrix environment.
Accountable, amiable personality that is quick to adapt and thrives in operating in a real-time multi-time zone business environment.
Previous experience in a B2B sales environment, SaaS, Telco or Financial services preferred.
Marketing, Stats, Digital or Engineering or comparable academic experience preferred.
Exposure in managing successful marketing operations on a regional level is highly advantageous.
