We are hiring a Telecom Presales Solution Architect to develop specific solutions / offerings and defining strategic roadmaps for our clients in the Telecom market, more specifically in the Cellular Networks segment .

  • Missao

    As a Telecom Presales Solution Architect, He / She will :

  • Driving customer engagements, with technical and domain knowledge;
  • Be co-responsible for the Go2Market with Sales and Marketing;
  • Coordinating the elaboration of the E2E proposals, including solution definition, resource allocation and cost estimation;
  • Coordinate and develop the technical solution, answering to specific customer opportunities leveraging the relevant expertise and knowledge from different areas of the organization;
  • Support in the qualification of commercial opportunities;
  • Lead the presales practice and the architects team (either resident on presales or in operations);
  • Follow-up offer-related KPIs focusing on Booking;
  • Support project and service delivery during ramp-up phase;
  • Perfil

  • Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or similar;
  • 8 years of extensive experience in the Telecommunications sector;
  • General knowledge of the Telecom business / market, best practices, technologies and trends
  • Knowledge of Telecom best practices and technologies from RAN (2G / 3G / 4G / 5G), Transmission (SDH / PDH / DWDM), Mobile Core (vEPC, PS, CS, IMS) and IP Backbone (IP / MPLS)
  • A good understanding of Telecom Cloud, Virtualization and Orchestration technologies such as SDN / NFV and ONAP, it’s a plus.
  • Experienced in elaborating proposals for Telecom services, support in the qualification of commercial opportunities and coordinating the E2E proposal elaboration
  • Experience with analyzing and answering RFQ / RFP / RFI
  • Experience with developing specific solutions / offering and defining strategic roadmaps for our customers;
  • Strong Emotional intelligence capacity, namely : self-awareness, self-control, empathy and social awareness;
  • Good communication skills, oral and written;
  • Growth Mindset;
  • Self-motivated with the ability to perform under tight deadlines and high pressure;
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
