What will you do?
You will be responsible for :
Contacting the shippers / customers and following up on their open orders.
Placing bookings with the SSL (Steam Shipping Lines)
Ensuring all the info is up to date on the system
Optimizing Gross Margin by selecting the best shipping option, meeting customer’s requirements.
Invoicing the customers / shippers and controlling the costs.
And more.
What do we expect from you?
You speak English and Portuguese fluently.
Proven broad commercial and operational experience in the industry.
You have a good understanding of transportation industry and in particular, international ocean freight shipping specifics.
Studies or Degrees in International Trade will be a plus.
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
Keep an active and friendly communication / Attitude.
