Our Client is looking for a Bids & Tenders Manager to manage a dynamic team.


  • Coordinate and supervise the team;
  • Manage and supervise tenders and its digital documentation management;
  • Control tenders deadlines, ensuring their submissions on time;
  • Prepare administrative documentation for tendering;
  • Update Legislation on Public Procurement, coordinating appeals and legal processes for public tenders;
  • Define and implement the department objectives.
  • Profile

  • Academic degree;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of public procurement legislation and public tenders;
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare market is a plus;
  • Customer and results orientation;
  • Good teamwork skills, people-driven;
  • Good adaptability, being ambitious and with auto-motivation capabilities;
  • Team management and sales skills;
  • Fluency in English, Spanish is a plus.
