The Digital Global Unit (DGU ) is an area of EDP SA and its mission is to challenge the organization to think differently and go beyond, in a context of increasingly frequent and faster technological, economic and social changes, creating and disseminating a digital friendly culture, favorable to the development and experimentation of new solutions that create value for the various stakeholders of the EDP Group.
To support us in this role, we intend to recruit for the Digital Area.
Main responsibilities :
Contribute to strengthening the Group's digital maturity;
Coordinate projects / Mvps (Minimum Viable Products) / Products according to agile principles, training the team and promoting best practices, in order to promote greater efficiency and effectiveness, using the scrum methodology;
Know products and mvps in depth, from a software and organizational systems perspective, balancing them with business and user needs;
Define and follow the action plan and tools to be used for each project / mvp, anticipating obstacles and forecasting the number of deliverables;
Act as a facilitator in communication, discussion and decision making among the various stakeholders, supporting the team throughout the process, creating rituals for feedback and analysis of tasks and results, according to the scrum methodology;
Create metrics and KPIs that allow feedback and continuous improvement in the management of projects / mvps and products and the satisfaction of users and Business Units.
Looking for people with the following requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or similar;
Professional experience between 3 to 8 years in digital projects;
Experience in managing digital product developments;
Experience in Agile / Scrum is valued;
Leadership and relationship skills with the various stakeholders.
