Job Description

Be part of the Project Management team of XC-CT in Braga;

Manage Ratio Project Planning activities (RPP coordinator) in regard to the XC-CT products, as part of XC-CT RPP team;

Promote technical discussions and workshops to identify improvement potentials in the products;

Rollout and adapt RPP measures to other XC-CT products and plants;

Follow-up with the development teams, industrialization or manufacturing teams the implementation of the ratio initiatives;

Be part of the discussions with suppliers about ratio-ideas together with purchasing;

Present and report results to the management in regards to the initiatives execution;

Perform together with the project teams risk management in regards the technical changes and financial analysis with TCO impact.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Engineering or Management;

Good skills in project management;

Strong technical background in regards to product development and product industrialization;

Strong communication and leaderships skills;

High cost awareness in regard with PPC and EBIT;

Fluent English communication (spoken and written);

Natural willingness to step ahead and take the lead.
