What you'll do :

  • Provide excellent IT support to our employees across Trustly Europe.
  • Manage incoming requests and provide in-person and / or remote support on hardware and software problems to fellow employees.
  • Maintain all IT-related equipment in our offices.
  • Administration and support of Google Workspace, JAMF, Okta, Slack and other software owned by IT.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure a smooth, efficient and user-friendly IT environment.
  • You will play a key part when onboarding, reboarding and offboarding employees in Trustly.
  • Continuously work towards improving the team and our way of work with long-term initiatives, where automation is key.
  • Who you are :

  • You’re a fast learner and skilled in how to educate people in system-related matters.
  • Fluency in English is key.
  • You’re a service-minded, communicative, organised and ambitious individual who is used to working independently and proactively.
  • You collaborate well with others and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You love to give personal and remote, customer-focused support to help Trustly employees solve technical problems.
  • You are a curious person with a growth mindset - you may not have the answer, but you know how to find it. You also enjoy diving into new technologies and tools.
  • A team player that actively collaborates with your team to find solutions to problems.
  • 2+ years of experience working in a helpdesk environment, supporting macOS and iOS (Apple ecosystem).
  • It as an advantage if you have :

  • You have experience working with Jamf.
  • You have experience working with OKTA.
  • You have experience working with Google Workspace.
  • You have experience working with Jira (Atlassian products).
