As an Marketing and Experience Rockstar you will :
You will be the Brand guardian in locations.
Support with group sales conversion, turnover, and operational support
Ensure all the branding materials are in good conditions and manage stock (menus, flyers, TVs, signs, promotion materials at rooms, etc.).
Create local level packages based on special events and local experiences offered (lead the collaboration with country and location level sales teams)
In this position you will be supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager with printing, payments and delivering all promotional materials, as well as reporting expenses to Country office.
Promote interactions between guests and Selina s Social Media.
Ensure the use of Rezdy and Winks PMS in the location and provide support if some information is not accurate (must check systems minimum 2 times a day).
Welcome and attend influencers and VIP’s at the location.
Provide audiovisual content to headquarters office.
Support finding local level deals for groups and packages (corporate offsites, student groups, etc.) with the help of country and location team when needed.
Create material for events, activities, tours, parties, restaurant, bar, etc.
Provide assistance to find new tour - retail - wellness products and to meet consumer demands
Assist PR and Selina Gives Back Volunteer initiatives on the location.
Manage local surveys with customers, community, employees and third parties.
Support the sales performance reports to the location leadership on tracking progress against targets, successes, and challenges.
Support the Events team as needed by being the contact person at location and help prepare, promote, execute and report Selina events.
