Your Role

We are looking for a software engineer (m / f / d) to join our agile and international team. In this role, you will be developing B2B customer-facing web products for quoting, booking or tracing our shipments.

You will be part of our exciting digitalization journey, continuously grow with us, and innovate our products as well as the way logistics work.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the agile development and support team of the main suite of inhouse-developed and globally-used customer data management application of 5 team members.
  • Act as product lead for several other customer-data related applications used regionally.
  • Manage product development including the definition, creation, development and implementation via a prioritized backlog of product features as well as financial aspects.
  • Build close relationships with key stakeholders and define business strategy for the applications in your area of responsibility.
  • Develop, align, manage and communicate the application product vision and roadmap.
  • Work closely with cross functional leadership to define the customer data needs throughout the organization.
  • Ensure dependencies are prioritized appropriately with other Product Owners across other product development teams (e.
  • g. general master data management).

    Your Skills and Experiences

  • Multiple years of product management experience.
  • Multiple years of experience in (customer) master data management or other data product for analytical and operational use cases, data modeling and / or business data analysis.
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple internal, globally distributed stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of agile development methodology.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills; able to communicate complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story to all levels of the business via written, spoken, and / or other media.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
