As a Customer Success Manager , you will act as a trusted advisor and work with a new and existing account to ensure they are successful.

As a Customer Success Manager , you will :

  • Track accounts to identify churn risk and take action to eliminate that risk.
  • Build value-based relationships with customers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features / functionality for their specific business needs.
  • Ensure that the quality and frequency of touchpoints are consistent with the customer journey.
  • Profile

  • Excellent English and fluency in any of the following languages would be a plus French / Italian / Spanish.
  • Experience working with / GainSight is a plus.
  • Experience with SaaS-based applications and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Validated experience working on projects
