As a Customer Success Manager , you will act as a trusted advisor and work with a new and existing account to ensure they are successful.
As a Customer Success Manager , you will :
Track accounts to identify churn risk and take action to eliminate that risk.
Build value-based relationships with customers.
Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features / functionality for their specific business needs.
Ensure that the quality and frequency of touchpoints are consistent with the customer journey.
Excellent English and fluency in any of the following languages would be a plus French / Italian / Spanish.
Experience working with Salesforce.com / GainSight is a plus.
Experience with SaaS-based applications and services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Validated experience working on projects
