O que procura nos candidatos

As an expert UX / UI Designer, you will work closely with our customers and our delivery team to gather in-depth insights into the users’ problems and needs in order to create useful and usable digital applications that are aesthetically pleasing.

We expect you to work with a high degree of autonomy, leading design activities on projects while monitoring and / or training the team involved.

Qualifications and Skills :

Degree in Design or similar;

5+ years as a UX / UI Designer; experience in web and mobile applications digital design is mandatory;

Strong knowledge of design thinking processes;

Experience with UX / UI tools such as contextual interviews, personas, journey maps, user flows, sitemaps, usability testing and others;

Knowledge of usability and accessibility;

Confident user of Figma, Balsamiq or comparable design and wireframe tools;

Fluency in English, written and spoken

Nice to Have :

Knowledge and experience with OutSystems UI

Experience with Agile methodologies
