As a specialist in Jira and Confluence platform, reporting to the Process & Compliance area, you will provide technical support to resolve incidents and accomplish requisitions in Jira and Confluence, and for implementing a set of improvements in global Tech Management process, including Service Management processes, in Jira Service Desk, and Agile Project Management processes, in Jira Software.
This position is expected to work alongside process, service and project management teams to define the best way to use Jira and Confluence to accomplish Farfetch needs.
However, despite one of your main skills being Jira, you may be curious to explore and learn additional technologies to deliver a complete architecture, such as some BI tools from user perspective, spreadsheets etc.
