Description :

  • Daily Management of the CustomerService Team;
  • Ensure that the operational KPI’s and methodologies of the company are achieved;
  • Analyze and develop action plans :
  • Motivation of the team in order toachieve the goals set;
  • Ensure the achievement ofobjectives;
  • Monitor, evaluate and ensurecontrol of the team;
  • Analyze KPIs and Reporting.
  • Requirements :

  • Native / fluent level of German (mandatory);
  • Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a Contact Center or HelpDesk environment (mandatory);
  • Higher education is preferred;
  • Goal orientated;
  • Good communication skills and customer orientation;
  • Analytical Ability;
  • Leadership Capacity.
