Are you a proactive person, who is willing to grow in a fast paced changing environment? This is your opportunity, we are looking for a full time Talent Acquisition Support specialist to be supporting the Portuguese market.
Your main accountabilities will be :
Creating & posting job ads on our internal & external career sites and social media platforms
Pre-screening candidates via phone and scheduling personal interviews with the Hiring Managers
Updating candidate databases on daily basic, using the exact data (offer letters, starting date, end date, etc...)
Partnership with Hiring Managers
Attending internal and external career fairs
Be in touch constantly with the Ops Leadership team
Cooperating with other HR departments and Business Support Center
What we are expecting :
At least 1 or 2 years of recruitment experience.
Fluent in English (written and conversational) and Spanish will be a plus!
Good Knowledge of Microsoft office’s package (Excel, word, Power Point).
Used to work with candidate’s tracking systems.
Be proactive and be willing to learn.
Good communication skills.
Persuasiveness and strong stakeholder management skills
Result oriented person.
Ability to prioritize and to juggle many things at the same time
