Main Responsibilities As a Team Leader , you will
Supervise, monitor, and develop a team of Customer Advisors;
Create and develop since the beginning the SLAs and KPIs of the project
Guarantee continuous monitoring of the attainment by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes, and developing strategies to improve the results of the team;
Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance;
