Your Role & Contribution :
Customer Support : Support in coordinating mentoring-programs
Customer Support : Corporate clients & licensing partners
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Communicating and coordinating with our teams as necessary
Permanently improve the effectiveness & efficiency of our customer support process.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Profil recherché pour le poste : HR Customer Service - Remote Work
You bring :
Previous experience in Corporate HR, Talent Development and Training is a valuable asset
Experience working with customer support is a valuable asset
High written and verbal communication skills are fundamental
High value on accuracy, personal professionalism, and striving for excellence. No-excuse-mentality.
High speed and pressure are things you are comfortable working in.
