Reporting directly to the Head of Acquisition, the SEO Manager role is responsible for delivering and executing the SEOstrategy and management of SEO activities for all brands across the region (Latam and Iberia).

The ideal candidate will manage the execution of global organic search strategy and perform key SEO functions across all Digital products for the region.

Your duties will also include managing the SEO Specialists team and ensure proper strategy execution and optimization to contribute to business objectives.

The SEO Manager will work closely with CRM & Content and Creative teams and be responsible for educating the relevant departments in using SEO guidelines / best practices and following up on its implementation.

Functions will include site technical and content audits, on-page optimization, keyword research, link building, app optimization, search data analysis, content gaps, reporting.

We are looking for someone with a solid technical background, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast moving, dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will require leadership and organizational skills to lead a small team. Descrição / Funções : Manage the SEO Specialists team and monitor their progress and results.

Coordinate, plan, develop and implement on / off-site SEO strategies and related activities to improve organic search visibility and revenue Perform on / off-page SEO audits, competitor analysis and identify areas for improvement Design and coordinate SEO strategies including, but not limited : o Keyword research and development of organic keyword listso Content optimization and ideationo Backlinks acquisitiono Mobile first optimizationo Page speed optimizationo Site architecture and internal linkingo Site Migrations and Redesigns Recommend new SEO techniques / tactics in line with search engine latest updates and market changes Establish best SEO practices and deliver integrated cross-channel strategies Coordinate and report on link building activities Benchmark industry and similar sites technical and content implementations Identifying potential risks, setting goals, budgeting and forecasting SEO performance Identify new content opportunities Monitor, analyze and report on global organic performance for each brand and product, including rankings, traffic, conversions, engagement (etc.

on a regular basis Interpret key data through multiple analytics tools and deliver insightful analysis and recommendations Assist with Content / SEO Market intelligence and monitor the sports and gaming sectors in order to adapt to trends and changesGeneral Goal setting, leadership, performance monitoring and taking corrective action as required Continually monitor the competition and out-of-industry experts to ensure we remain best-in-class Requisitos : Essential : Experience managing small teams.

Solid understanding of search engine success factors, algorithms, SEO best practices, industry trends and threats Experience coordinating and executing international SEO activities Solid experience using industry standard SEO tools (i.

e. : Google Search Console, Google analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs etc.) Demonstrated knowledge of link building / tactics with previous hands-on experience.

Experience in SEO campaigns setup, budgeting, analysis and reporting Demonstrated knowledge of the technical side of SEO, ideally with some technical SEO experience (including optimization and implementation of robots.

txt files, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, hreflang tags, etc.) Excellent analytics and problem-solving skills with a good knowledge of excel Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS Experience working in large organizations, coordinating and liaising with multiple departments and stakeholders involved in SEO activities Good communication, analytics, project management, writing and organizational skills Ability to work towards targets / KPIs and manage budgets?

Native or complete professional competence in Portuguese or Spanish. Good verbal and written English is a must.Desired : ?
