Your Day to Day :

Negotiate contracts with major customers and partners in the banking and payment services sector

Advise the company in complex legal and regulatory matters relating to company’s business and activities

Manage complex negotiation processes with various internal and external stakeholders

You Have and Know-how :

Law degree

5-10 years experience in practicing Law (in-house or at a law firm)

Solid knowledge of Commercial Law, IT Law, IP Law.

Experience with SaaS contracts

Experience in construing and managing complex contracts and negotiations in an international context

Ability to work fast, be organized, autonomous, and responsive.

Knowledge and understanding of the legal challenges faced by global companies

Ability to understand and digest complex problems and to easily communicate with non-lawyers

Interest in understanding technology and willingness to learn

Very good written and oral communication skills in English

High degree of professional ethics and integrity

Critical, creative and strategic mindset to find the best solution in a risk aware manner

Ability to understand, engage and influence both internal stakeholders (internal departments and regions) and external stakeholders (external law firms, public authorities, suppliers, business customers, etc.)

Your First 30-Days at Feedzai :

You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager. You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey.

In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team.
