Together with your colleagues you form a team of world class customer advisors to help your business customers :
Processing inquiries by new and existing customers (small and medium-sized companies) by phone, email and live chat;
Advice, training and support for the customer before and after the independent purchase of Services;
Identify potential improvement opportunities;
Analysis of trends and customer portfolios in order to be able to offer suitable, individual solutions;
Use of various tools (MX Excel, Salesforce);
Regular evaluation and processing of customer feedback on advertising solutions and products to be able to continuously improve.
Please note that for this position, both good German and English, in oral and written form is required.
