Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for a Administrative Assistant to integrate our Client internal team, based in Porto .

The Consultant will be part of the team with the responsibilities of elaboration and presentations of contents of the Department of Information Systems.

Your responsibilities include :

  • Articulation with the professionals of the information systems department to collect and compile information necessary for the contents.
  • Alignment of deadlines, situation points and weekly report of all initiatives and activities, with the directors of the information systems department or with other elements of the department.
  • Elaboration of protocols / procedures.
  • Elaboration of official and technical documents (like information, offices, agreements, contracts, minutes).
  • You must have :

  • Professional experience in health and IT.
  • Professional experience in advising ICT leaders in the health area.
  • Good planning and organization skills.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Degree in the areas of Management.
  • English literacy.
