As a Delivery Manager - you will!

Join the team responsible for the end-to-end software development life-cycle. We work with market leaders, like SAP, Samsung, Bosch, Medicover, and many others, who perceive technology as their key component to success.

With us, you will have the possibility to work with development teams on top-notch technologies headless, microservices, Kubernetes, and top eCommerce solutions Commercetools, Magento, Shopware, Akaneo and product customizations.

You will manage areas like project portfolio , project management, software delivery , team management , and relationship with the clients .

You will be facilitating the delivery flow of teams, managing the pace, and supporting Project Managers in critical situations.

Also, you will cooperate closely with the Delivery Director and Management to ensure the delivery of our goals.

Salary : 125 - 160+ PLN / h net + VAT (B2B)

Joining us as Delivery Manager means :

Having responsibility for Projects Portfolio in aspects of portfolio planning, execution and reporting

Leading team of 3-4 (Senior) Project Managers

Maintaining a relationship with Key Clients throughout the life cycle of the projects

Supporting and consulting Project Managers on crucial issues in the project

Participating in Steering Committee meetings

Providing regular feedback and guidance to PMs

Being the first line of response on the escalation path with Clients and manage project delivery issues early-on

Negotiating contract terms that go beyond the competence of a project manager

Driving best practices , making sure best-in-class project management skills and techniques are applied consistently throughout the department

Delivering regular updates and insights to the Director and Senior Management on the state of Projects Portfolio.

Building knowledge-sharing & mentoring programs for PMs

Guiding your PMs on their route to seniorship and above

We would love to see you bring positive change into our organization

You’ll be a perfect match if you :

Have experience in a similar role at managerial level with end-to-end responsibility for projects (scope, team, budget, delivery, reporting)

Have at least 3-4 years of experience in running IT projects (preferably e-commerce ) as a Senior Project Manager and a total of 6+ years as a PM in software development area

Have practical knowledge of the management methodologies including Agile and traditionnal appraoches

Understand the SDLC on a high level

Are able to plan and organize work of a distributed team

Easily establish business connections

Have very good communication and negotiation skills

Are an inspiration for people and understand them well

Are proactive, you like to take the initiative, willingly take on new challenges , and want to develop

Speak English fluently (at least C1), Polish is welcome, but not required
