As a SAP Finance Team Leader Integration & Analyticsyou will lead a expert team to support the global organization in the implementation of processes and tools, and act as a SAP expert bridge between the Business stakeholders and Group Information Systems for finance and accounting business processes.
You will contribute to innovation and improvement opportunities and new tools in the Finance domain (Automation, Digital Transformation, Process Mining).
This position is part of the Finance and Controlling Functional Design domain and holds the responsibility for :
Developing and enhancing the ERP core system and other applications in the Finance and Controlling domain, answering business needs and expectations in close collaboration with the FI CO Functional Design Team Leader.
Supporting Integration & Analytics initiatives and implementation projects worldwide in collaboration with other GIS teams and with the business representatives.
Working in close relationship with other team leads and business analysts, key users and L2 teams as well as with the SAP competence center to improve the support and efficiency within the domain.

In your role, you will :
Act as internal SAP expert link for your domain : lead the implementation of the corresponding modules / tools in close cooperation with Users Community and Technical Teams.
Support FI CO Functional Design Team Leader in the definition of FI-CO Integration & Analytics core model strategy and roadmap.
Check and prioritize business enhancement requests, ensure requests consistency with the Faurecia core model and compliance with Faurecia Core Procedures.
Meet with decision makers, system owners and end users to define business requirements and system goals and identify and resolve system issues.
Lead and participate in design sessions regarding new functionalities for the purpose of enhancing business processes and information process flow.
Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
Retrofit, develop and manage plans to improve current solutions based on already identified best practices.
Coordinate the implementation of new functionalities and practices for new rollouts as well as retrofits together with the business (follow-up meetings, action plans ).
Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new functionalities and other post-implementation support.
Spread solution knowledge within GIS organization.
Assure documentation is update-to-date (end-user documentation and AIT) and compliant with Faurecia Core Procedures.
Monitor worldwide application usage through standard set of KPI available after roll-out and during serial life.
Promote proper solution usage worldwide.
Contribute to support activities.
Ensure that risks are reported and escalated.

What we are looking for :
A degree in Engineering IT or Economics & Business School.
At least 3 years of professional experience in SAP FICO areas, ideally as an SAP Consultant or part of an SAP Support chain (with customizing and hands-on experience in the key SAP FICO functionalities).
Experience in SAP Concur or experience on BI and Data Analytics projects will be an advantage.
Expertise in at least one of the financial processes (Accounts Payable / Receivable, Fixed Asset Accounting, or General Ledger) would be preferred.
Experience in project management or project mode is appreciated.
