What are the duties :
Responding to customer questions and recording them for later reference
Ensuring that all customer questions are answered within an appropriate time
Having a sound knowledge of all products and services
Being able to determine a problem and solve it
What is required :
Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
Knowledge of computers (both hardware and software)
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Knowledge of mobile telephony products
