We are currently looking for a candidate to work for one of the largest companies in the energy and oil sector in Portugal, who has excellent communication skills and a spirit of teamwork and who is able to manage a portfolio of clients.
Your tasks will not only consist of personalized customer service, which allows the customer to have the best possible service required, but you will also do an update of all the information about customers so that errors and opportunities can be improved and identified and advise the consumer on the best alternative for the your dwelling.
If you want to be part of this project and help all customers with their doubts and difficulties via email and telephone, you only need to have the C1 level of Spanish and English and be available from Monday to Sunday, 24 / 7 at Infante Santo.
