Your new role
The People Success BP position will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
The main tasks of this role are the development of relationships with Stakeholders, conducting weekly meetings with respective business units, providing HR guidance, analysing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions and policies.
It will be necessary to manage complex employees relations issues, maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day to day management of employees, promote initiatives that support employees growth, performance, engagement and development.
This role will also ensure the development of contracts terms and assist international employees with HR matters, identify training needs for business units, conduct full cycle of recruitment for all positions in Portugal and oversee the payroll process.
The ideal candidate will also handle all areas of office management, communication, employee travel and engagement, budgets and overall internal operations support.
What you'll need to succeed
The position requirements are an HR generalist profile, including office management. At least 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
It will be valued an excellent interpersonal and costumer service skills, as well as organisational skills and attention to detail, time management, ability to meet deadlines and a strong analytical and problem solving attitude.
Strong domain of Microsoft Office is required such as a fluent level of English and Portuguese (written and verbal).
