Responsibilities will include, among others :
Coordination and leadership of support and maintenance activities (incident management, service request management), SLA implementation and helpdesk management related to the support model Process
Implementation of a CoE structure evolution, enabling the transition of CoE support model to an in house structure with Verisure internal resources
Act as PMO for multiple small, medium and large projects after go-live in markets, including rollout of IFRS 16 module for all our 18 markets in cooperation with Lisbon based Group accounting function
Provide in-depth Oracle ERP cloud solution functional knowledge to support changes, upgrades and releases. Including lead and coordination on functional training, validation and user support
To review and evaluate the new features included in Oracle Service Packs for further business process evolution and continuous improvement
To possess a deep functional understanding of the implemented cloud solution within the business
To elaborate strategy for training and to deploy training waves to company stakeholders, validators and end users (refresh training cycles on existing functionalities, new functionalities, etc.)
As a result, we are looking for a self-starter and high potential / top performer individual who will combine deep Oracle Fusion Cloud knowledge with a proactive business mindset focused on driving value to the business.
High education degree in Finance / Economics / Business / IT / Engineering
5 years relevant experience, as part of an international team in a large organization
Fluent in written and spoken English. Spanish / French is desirable
Extensive experience in FIN transactional processes, with proven experience in support / maintenance activities during implementation programs
Deep understanding of Oracle system architecture and emerging capabilities
Experience in project / team management in ERP support model through change with a customer service mindset
Familiarity with compliance and governance controls
Results oriented, and ability to establish priorities and meeting deadlines
Self-starter with a keen focus on continuous improvement
Leadership skills, and ability to influence processes and stakeholders
