We’re on the lookout for a Data Analyst to provide insights regarding channel productivity, forecasting and partner performance In our Lisbon office.

As a data analyst, you’ll get a chance to work with our awesome channel sales managers and operational team on data analytics that support growth and continuous improvement.

Among other things, you'll responsible for developing tools and dashboards to evaluate channel performance vs. goals. You’ll create well-vetted analysis, support business activities like reviews and reports, monitor the partner program and provide insights to partner leaders.

Your new adventure :

  • Collaborate withsales and operations to increase revenue and efficiencies
  • Create dashboards that provide visibility for key metrics
  • Identify gaps in reporting
  • Help to define high-impact initiatives
  • Help Pipedrive grow by collecting data that can determine the best practices for lead generation, sales and marketing, customer engagements and communication, order and transaction processing, feedback and more
  • Does this sound like you?

  • At least 2 years of experience in data analytics
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience with SQL and data visualization programs (Tableau preferred)
  • An understanding of channel salesdecision-making and prioritization skills, allowing you to always meet deadlines
  • A strong can-do and proactive approach, great communication skills and openness to feedback
  • Extreme attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy excellent organization and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for meeting business targets
  • A combination of empathy, curiosity, courtesy and proactivity, which allows you to address issues effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Familiarity with channel sales is a plus
  • A degree in business analytics is a plus
