Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
Managing all aspects of Salesforce to ensure successful delivery;
Drive and perform requirements capturing and participate as needed in
testing, training and rollout activities;
Communicating with project stakeholders, including client business and IT representatives, in order to manage expectations and keep them informed of project status;
Collaborating with client and colleagues to shape the roadmap and define project scope, effort estimates along with assumptions;
Assist with the adoption and promotion of the Salesforce platform.
Main Technical Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field of study
At least 3 years of professional experience performing business analyst role on the Force.com platform
Salesforce Adoption and Training experience;
Salesforce.com Certified Administrator and Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Certifications are valued;
Experience in Agile development methodology / Scrum.
Other Requirements :
Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeframes;
Good work ethic and high levels of motivation;
Fluent in written and spoken English.
