Identification of new resources for multilingual recruitment needs;
Identification and attraction of new sources of candidates through several channels;
Sourcing of candidates;
Recruitment and selection of candidates;
Admin tasks related with the HR role.
Degree in HR or similar (mandatory);
Proficiency in English written and spoken (madatory);
Proficiency in other UE language is a plus;
1-year previous experience in Outsourcing companies; BPO / Contact Center;
Good understanding of the Recruitment and Selection process;
Understading of BPO reality and needed roles;
Excel and Ms Office advanced Knowledge.
