You’ll be responsible for providing support regarding different cases via telephone or web-form submission in accordance with service level requirements.
Take incoming reports from employees and third parties regarding incidents / violations related to compliance with legal and regulatory issues, and ethics;
Log calls details into case management systems in English;
Keep hierarchy informed of issues and progress;
Participate in team projects that enhance the efficiency of employee support agent services.
Italian native speaker;
Graduation in humanities or a creative field of study;
C1 English proficiency level (minimum);
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Good multi-tasking and typing skills;
Experience in medium / large organizations;
Capability to conduct interviews and extract pertinent details;
Ability to handle challenging cases;
Impartial, unprejudiced, and empathetic.
