We are looking for an Associate Recruiter that is able to source, attract and engage the best candidates for our locations in Europe and also screen those talents from the Tech & Digital landscape.
This person will be responsible for partnering with HR, Business and Recruiting colleagues to identify and assess candidates for this growing area.
Key Recruiting Responsibilities
Engage in Passive and Active Sourcing using internal and external channels and databases, to identify prospective candidates to create awareness and invite them to apply for open positions for different positions within Europe.
Leverage relevant advertising resources to create awareness and attract qualified applications for key roles within your area of responsibility.
Build and maintain candidate pools of strong former candidates and new prospective candidates within Tech, Digital & Data Analytics for Europe locations.
Execute candidates’ pre-screenings according to business needs and internal evaluation standards.
Participate in strategic planning meetings with recruiters and key customers to understand current and upcoming requirements in order to support the candidate generation efforts and the overall recruitment process within your scope of responsibility.
Support the recruiter in planning and gathering information for quarterly review meetings with key customers that will provide an overview of sourcing&recruiting achievements as well as opportunities to improve hiring performance moving forward.
Partner with recruiting and sourcing colleagues to share candidates and jobs to encourage a collaborative hiring process.
Utilize recruitment systems effectively following key standards, documenting key actions and ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes.
Support recruiters to manage all aspects of the recruitment process including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview strategy and offer process when needed.
Support additional recruitment initiatives as needed.

Experience Requirements :
University Degree Preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience in Recruitment, with Tech Recruitment being considered a plus for this position
An inquisitive mind, able to add value by questioning the status quo and proposing new solutions.
Passionate about technology and able to speak to our technology / industry
Knowledge of Sourcing tools and techniques would be a plus
Experience working in an administrative position that requires a high level of detailed work.
Fluency in English, spoken and written.
