About the role :
We are looking for two Metasearcher Marketing Managers for our exciting Marketing Digital & CRM team. You will be joining a team that will be responsible for one of our central features and will help us build a single platform to serve different countries.
What will be your responsibilities :
Operational and further development of global metasearcher marketing and bidding strategy for TUI GDN.
Operational steering of daily marketing business and daily exchange with metasearchers and other involved 3rd parties and agencies for all markets.
Development, steering and optimization of data-based campaign management for each metasearcher, incl. retargeting and segmentation activities.
Development, implementation and daily data-based adjustments of bidding for Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, Tripadvisor and other global metasearchers for our hotel only product.
Preparation of marketing business cases, forecasting models as well as operational marketing budget responsibility for metasearchers.
Definition of marketing KPIs based on our overall business case and responsibility of their achievements.
Definition and implementation of data and analysis to decide bidding strategies based on relevant product and performance insights.
Setup and maintenance of metasearcher related multivariate test scenarios and hypothesis modelling in collaboration with our developers, data gurus and frontend team.
Ongoing analysis of metasearcher performance, bidding strategy and portfolio success to improve sales and Cost of Sale.
Creating standard reports and dashboards and specific analysis for line and board management.
Participation in / acquisition of projects in the TUI Future Markets sector.
A thorough understanding of digital business and digital marketing as well as a passion for online trends.
Deep knowledge and minimum 2 / 3 years management of bidding based marketing channels with budget responsibility, metasearcher bidding experience of advantage.
Clear understanding of digital technical processes, tracking parameters and URL structure.
Strong analytical skills and an excellent understanding of numbers.
Extensive and long experience in the management of bidding-based online marketing channels (metasearcher or SEA).
Deep knowledge of marketing channel management based on neartime data, market demand, user segment insights and product analysis.
A strong customer-centric mindset and understanding of user and customer journeys across all channels, touchpoints and devices.
Experienced handling in the setup and further development of KPI dashboards, reporting and analyses.
Good knowledge of agile working methods.
Strong goal orientation and focusing.
International and intercultural team skills.
Enjoying independent tasks and the chance to further develop exciting challenges in a growing business part of supercool travel industry.
