As an ERP Finance Solution Architect, you will create solution architecture and provide technical Solution Design with focus on the Tax domain area.
While working together with technology leads, developers, and partners to design solutions based on customer requirements, you will capture and manage customer requirements using industry best practices.
You will manage complex assignments independently for the specific domain including consultancy to stakeholders, by ensuring cross-Business Unit co-ordination in solution definition & development.
After defining and managing detailed architectural requirements for solution design, you will also build work during delivery phase for projects.
You will ensure that the overall technical solution and architecture is aligned and based on the enterprise architecture.
As a recognised expert, you will represent Nokia externally to suppliers and partners. You will have the responsibility to present solution architecture & design to different stakeholders for verification and make required adaptations.
In addition, you will keep the alignment between enterprise architecture blueprint and recommendations and solution Design implementation.
You will provide system architecture and design specifications as well as solutions to support business and operating models and other architectural or security aspects.
You will evaluate needed new capabilities and business requirements against platform capabilities. Creating and maintaining E2E data architecture incl.
Version management considerations, providing proven methods for functionality enablement and determining approach for system- and data migration will also be part of your scope of work.

Your skills and experience
BSc or MSc in relevant field.
5-7 years of relevant experience in ERP solution with focus on Tax domain and expertise, namely Setting up and maintaining of taxability data, SAFT implementation in different countries, configuration of condition types and access sequences for VAT determination, configuration of Withholding taxes, etc.
Experience in implementation of tax related solutions in SAP including (but not limited to) tax requirements for direct tax such as corporate income tax, operational transfer pricing, state income taxation and indirect (transaction tax) solutions including but not limited to using native SAP functionality and its integration with third party tax engine, such as Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE and Vertex .
Strong Business application knowledge of SAP S / 4 HANA and SAP ECC solution.
Exposure to both IFRS and USGAAP and SAP FICO and Customer / Vendor master data knowledge.
Capability to validate system solutions, design and propose alternatives from process, change, business viewpoints to best implement standard solutions.
Experience evaluating the change management impact of a proposed solution.
Ability to understand the process and solution architecture E2E across multiple technologies.
Comfortable with agile, DevOps and waterfall methodologies.
Can guide external and internal project teams.
Understanding of the relationship between costs, schedule, quality, speed in a defining a solution and make trade-off recommendations.
Understanding Cloud, SaaS, Mobile concepts, architectures, and standard deployment models
