Your Role :

  • The Planning Analyst support the Global planning team in the weekly cycle of demand planning at global level for the ST period (current month + 3) by analysing and deep diving the demand signals that our sites receive from our customers together with the PC&L leaders in the sites.
  • Will analyse and deep dive the Plant operation and Inventory plan, supporting the Global planning team decision.
  • Monthly, the short term demand forecast is fed into the monthly Sales, Inventory and Operations Plan (SIOP) process as main input for the company's short term business plans.
  • Accuracy of the forecast is tracked in SIOP by Key Performance Indicators based on MAPE as well as BIAS. The Planning Analyst will support the Global Planning team to track the results and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions

  • The Planning Analyst will support plant PC&L team in the implementation of the new planning process and tool, will support the plant providing training and support during the implementation phase.
  • The Planning Analyst will support plant PC&L demand analysis teaching and providing standard analysis tool and logic.
  • Will be responsible for the local SIOP tool master data, updating and sharing with the Plant and Global PC&L community.
  • The manager attends necessary meetings and call conferences

  • Your Background :

  • Analytic mindset, team worker
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Has basic understanding of Sales, Inventory & Operations Plan process
  • Has a working knowledge of SAP in particular SD Module, Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • A truly global mindset, dedication to Growth and Customer Service and analytical approach complete the profile.
  • Preferred qualifications)

  • PC&L previous experience is a plus
  • Experience in a challenging automotive environment
  • Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
  • Basic knowledge on Six Sigma principles and tools.
