Web Experience Manager (Contractor)

As part of our OutSystems Growth Marketing team, the Web Experience Manager will help our digital website visitors easily understand why we’re the #1 Low-Code Platform.
Leveraging data and buyer journey analysis, experience design, and conversion optimization, this role will play a key role in delivering performance-focused web experiences for our global site visitors in seven languages.

Knowledge of the website build process, CMS functionality using templates and components, strong attention to detail and follow through, plus an ability to work collaboratively across teams are important for success in this position.
Responsibilities
Partner with internal customers to translate their business and demand generation goals into powerful web experiences by collaborating across teams
Collaborate with internal teams including Content, SEO, UX Design, Data, CRO, Engineering, and more as part of each project
Building, testing, and executing web experiences within the Sitecore CMS platform to accurately match mockups
Ensure quality and accuracy of content delivered and published
Support the testing and rollout of new technical deployments
Research and understand web performance data trends and proactively work with internal stakeholders to drive improvements in web experiences
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in building websites leveraging an enterprise-level, component-based Content Management System, preferably Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, or Drupal
Experience collaborating with SEO, content, design and development teams
Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services preferred
3+ years of experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms, Google Analytics Certified preferred
Effective presentation and communication skills
Demonstrated success in project management
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred
Experience diagnosing CMS issues and communicating those issues to roles both technical and non-technical
Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables
Proven ability to provide insights and recommendations to partners and stakeholders on the best client-centric approach to meet business goals
Strong understanding of web marketing concepts including search engine optimization, demand marketing, plus knowledge of industry online best practices and web standards
Proven ability to recognize and edit effective web content to create compelling online experiences
Thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to effectively manage and execute numerous projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
Ability to take initiative, negotiate effectively and build productive relationships with business partners
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
