Your new role
This professional will guarantee the development of the full cycle recruitment worldwide, for IT positions, mainly. It is necessary to manage all the recruitment process in a very direct and clean way with candidates and Hiring Managers.
As part of the recruitment process this professional will b responsible for presenting the job offers and contact with payroll in order to keep internal equity.
Will be responsible to manage an internal platform, a careers internal site, will give support with legal bureaucracy worldwide.
This person will also be involved in the internal and external audits.
What you'll need to succeed
It is required 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment. This professional will have to be agile and have a big negotiation capacity.
It is important to be resilient, motivated and flexible. Travelling might be necessary. Fluent English is mandatory.
