We are bringing an HR Regional Manager on board to support us in maintaining our recruitment quality standards and achieving high-level performance.

Your mission at Webhelp

As an HR Regional Manager , you will pilot all regional activities related to HR management personnel, in coordination with the Subsidiary HR Director.

You will lead the HR team in compliance with Subsidiary HR processes.

What you will be doing at Webhelp

As an HR Regional Manager , you will :

  • Develop the HR policy validated by the HR management
  • Collect project recruitment needs, with arbitration if necessary
  • Set recruitment capacities
  • Ensure the quality of external recruitment for advisors / team leaders / support functions
  • Manage internal mobility (advisors / team leaders)
  • Retain employees (lead the satisfaction survey, develop action plans)
  • Follow absenteeism and set up action plans
  • Manage the turnover and set up appropriate action plans
  • Ensure the legal compliance of employments contracts
  • Co-lead the representative bodies with the Management
  • Preparing the meetings and documents for the staff representative bodies in compliance with the regulatory requirements

    Well be a great match if you :

  • Are Native or Proficiency in French (C2)
  • Are Fluent in English (B2)
  • Possess a University Degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar.
  • Have proven work experience in the field - a minimum of 3-5 years.
  • Have excellent reporting and data-analysis skills.
  • Pride yourself with a strong sense of organization, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Are familiar with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up).
  • Inspire others with a positive and can do attitude overlooking a community-building approach.

    Please note that non-EU residents must have a valid Portuguese work permit to be considered for employment.
