As Technical Support provider, your daily activities will be :
You will deliver the best service and support customers by phone in the desired language;
You will give information, solutions and counselling on the offered products / services, not only for existent customers but also, for potential new ones;
You will update all new customers' requests in the company' software;
You will maintain positive customer relationships through a responsible treatment of each contact always looking for news ways of improvement.
You are the perfect candidate if :
You have previous professional experience in customer service and / or technical support;
You speak fluent German and English;
You have good communication and problem solving skills;
You have the ambition of pursuing a career among the telecommunications field.
