Description

Our client is a Swiss Telco company proposing attractive mobile services on 4G+ network and the most innovative Fiber / TV offer.

As Technical Support provider, your daily activities will be :

  • You will deliver the best service and support customers by phone in the desired language;
  • You will give information, solutions and counselling on the offered products / services, not only for existent customers but also, for potential new ones;
  • You will update all new customers' requests in the company' software;
  • You will maintain positive customer relationships through a responsible treatment of each contact always looking for news ways of improvement.

    Requirements

    You are the perfect candidate if :

  • You have previous professional experience in customer service and / or technical support;
  • You speak fluent German and English;
  • You have good communication and problem solving skills;
  • You have the ambition of pursuing a career among the telecommunications field.
