Lead and manage the production site(s) in Portugal including manage staff and build their capacity;
Implement and manage the KPI;
Overall responsibility to deliver projects on time, quality and price;
Overseeing budget, Production and Technical operations of the group;
Participate in the elaboration of the group Strategy for Portugal (growth and development of new activities) and implement it;
Represent the organization towards Clients and authorities;
Ensure high level of HSE and production quality and competitiveness;
Report to Regional / Business Unit President.
Profile
Degree in Mechanical, Metal-Mechanical Engineering or Technical studies;
Experience of at least 5 years at a similar managerial position;
Track record in transformation environments Portuguese is a Plus;
Strong ability in leading technical projects;
Strong management acumen with leadership personality as integrator and entrepreneur;
Ability to build and develop effective high performing teams
Pragmatic, open and positive mind-set
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of the metal transformation industry is a plus
Track record in managing a business focusing on target achievement and efficiency as well as operational excellence
Fluent English or French is required
