ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The FXLM Corporate MAST bespoke Sales is tasked in assisting with the delivery of the FX offering in his / her assigned coverage responsibilities.
His / her mission encompasses the implementation of the product and commercial strategy defined by the management , delivering the bank FX offering to the corporate client base with the view of achieving production targets , best execution practices and digitalization while having the clients’ interests at heart, and exhibiting a great deal of risk awareness.
He / she must be a role model in term of behavior and adherence to CIB values, and deliver an impeccable record regarding procedures and controls.
Business and clients
Selling FX products to corporate clients;
Ensure provision of timely market color, leveraging automated content tools relevant to client accounts;
Portfolio and account management where required (on-boarding, credit limits );
Selling our transactional and product capabilities leveraging on relevant data available (Hit ratios, market trends, volumes );
Hold regular performance reviews and recurrent risk management discussions with clients to optimize revenues and wallet share;
Promote Bank FX franchise;
Ensure Systematic distribution of the bank digital offering.
Data & Analytics
Proactively focus on digitalization, automation and in general using data and analytics to improve the client’s journey and the bank’s ability to grow market share;
Look to streamline, automate and digitize as many processes as possible targeting scalability and efficiencies;
Monitor, manage and market e-trading capabilities and performance eg hit rates;
Use internal (CRM Lite, Tableau) and external (Coalition) sources to continuously benchmark the team and the coverage of the client.
Work closely with Coverage, Transaction Banking, trading to develop and grow flow banking offering, market share and FX profitability;
Proactive internal approach (and with the clients) to report on flows and make suggestions to improve our service. Alerts triggered by the BNPP systems will support and as a key user will help improve execution workflows and ecosystem;
Build relationships with MO, Risk, XVA desks, etc.;
Communicate pro-actively with internal stakeholder, escalating issues as necessary.

Attend relevant training courses to maintain appropriate regulatory, products and technical skills.
Strong understanding of FX Markets and ideally experience in derivatives
