Organization

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee and be accountable for the success of a range of digital acquisition channels, while also assisting in developing and managing our digital acquisition strategies.

Função

Oversee multiple digital acquisition channels including CRM, SEO, PPC, email, affiliate, display, search, social media, and inbound marketing with an overall aim to drive acquisition of relevant and qualified customers

Understand all innso’s sales channels to create and implement appropriate customer acquisition strategies that support the omni-channel nature of the business

Maintain a clear view of the target persona and the needs, objectives and expectations associated with that persona; ensuring these insights shape the nature and scope of digital acquisition campaigns

Partner with your marketing peers to enable successful campaigns

Identify and define performance metrics, devise a / b test regime, analyze data, interpret and report on performance, targeting, segmentation, ROI, and overall acquisition marketing strategy development

Implement lead scoring models

  • Constantly measure success of digital campaigns and present performance against critical KPI’s to stakeholders, peers and senior management on a regular basis
  • Management of the digital customer acquisition budget

    Prepare proposals as to how Digital Marketing can contribute towards achieving the wider marketing and business objectives

    Day-to-day management of innso.com’s CMS

    Help to inform web developments through insights from digital campaigns

    Selection and management of third-party providers

    High-level of knowledge of customer service and the SaaS industry

    Requisitos

    Ability to draft campaign copy that communicates in a compelling and clear manner to innso’s audience

    Excellent knowledge in Marketing Technology Stacks, Attribution Models, Tag Management Systems, CRM, Marketing Automation Software and CMS

    Bachelor or Master’s degree

    Rely on data to inform, validate and refine all aspects of your work & output

    Data-driven and highly analytical

    Work with an agile mentality; create, develop and continuously improve stand-out acquisition strategies for application across multiple campaigns, platforms, and formats

    Understand that the customer journey, includes digital and non-digital touch points and are able to embed this consideration into campaign design and execution

    Not afraid to challenge the status quo

    Ability to function professionally at highest level in a fast-paced environment

    Fluent knowledge of English and French, spoken and written
